About the Role

Lead and empower a close-knit team caring for patients participating in respiratory, cardiovascular, neurology and other (non-oncology) studies—including both healthy volunteers and those exploring new treatment options.

We’re looking for someone who:

Brings previous leadership experience within a hospital, clinical trial, or patient-facing healthcare setting (NUM, ANUM, Nurse Team Lead, etc.)

Loves the idea of regular hours, people management, and a dynamic but supportive work culture.

Has a current AHPRA registration and proven skills as an RN.

Is passionate about innovation, quality, and finding a better way - for both patients, staff and business.

Title: Nurse Manager

Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 (inclusive of base plus superannuation)

Location: Melbourne

Hours: Mon - Fri – 9am-5pm (with flexible time)
