Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Staircase Installer to join our growing team. The role requires an experienced tradesperson with a strong background in carpentry and staircase installation, capable of working across a range of projects – from volume builds to one-off architectural designs. As part of a family business, you’ll be joining a close-knit team where quality, pride in workmanship, and strong client relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

Install a wide variety of staircase styles including straight, L-shape, U-shape, curved, hardwood, MDF overlay, and feature staircases.

Interpret technical drawings, site plans, and project requirements with precision.

Deliver a premium finish while working to builder and client timelines.

Work collaboratively with project managers, builders, and other trades on site.

Solve on-site challenges and make adjustments where required without compromising quality.

Ensure compliance with NCC requirements, Australian Standards, and workplace safety.

Maintain professionalism and uphold the family business reputation on every project.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in staircase installation or advanced carpentry.

Proven ability to deliver high-quality finishes across hardwood, MDF, and steel staircase systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve on site.

Confident working independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Valid driver’s licence and White Card.

Own tools and transport (preferred).
