This new and unique global brand has just arrived in Australia, and they are looking for a talented HRM to take on a fixed term 12 -14 month contract.

THE ROLE

You will enjoy taking the reins of this dynamic HR team

Work closely with managers to provide support, mentoring and coaching

Manage employee engagement, implementation, learning & development initiatives

Drive the day-to-day HR function, consulting on ER/IR issues, performance management and work health & safety

Deliver an inclusive employment environment for all employees

Ensure overall compliance to employment laws, policies & procedures

PREFERRED SKILLS

Previous experience in Human Resources within a hotel or hospitality environment

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources

Superior leadership and team development skills

Strong knowledge of Hospitality Award 2020 & Australian employment law

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised and detail-oriented, hands-on approach attitude
