Tasks and Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and maintain integration products to move data in and out of the Smartsheet platform and other business systems.

Take ownership of internal improvement initiatives, ensuring products are reliable, scalable, and secure.

Mentor colleagues and contribute to establishing best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications & experience:

3+ years of professional software development experience, with strong proficiency in Python.

Solid hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, API Gateway, S3).

Proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end.

Demonstrable experience in mentoring colleagues.

Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
