St Mark’s is a co-educational Kindergarten to Year 12 Anglican school of AngliSchools, that provides a high quality, inclusive, caring Anglican education. Great Schools require outstanding teachers, and we seek an excellent, enthusiastic and innovative Primary School teacher, commencing Semester 1, 2026. We invite applications from registered teachers of all levels of experience to join our educational community.
This is a full time, 12 month contracts for 2026.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
Be highly competent at teaching Primary School students.
Have sound knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum including assessment, standards and reporting practices as outlined by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority.
Demonstrate best practice in teaching and learning.
Understand the value of Pastoral Care and its purposeful interpretation and implementation at classroom level.
Value a collaborative, team approach to the planning and preparation of lessons and units of work.
Establish positive teacher/parent relationships.
Have a strong understanding of Child Safe principles and exhibit Child Safe practices.
Show support for the School’s Christian ethos as well as the co-curricular and extra-curricular life of the School. Please refer to the School’s Values at www.stmarks.wa.edu.au.
