St Andrews Byron Lodge is a well-established not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, committed to delivering high-quality care in a compassionate and respectful environment. We foster a supportive team culture and value our staff's contribution to improving the lives of residents.

We are looking for registered nurses available for AM, PM, or Night Duty shifts, with vacancies across the week (Monday to Sunday).

Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Assess, plan, and evaluate care in consultation with residents and their families.

Administer medications, monitor resident health, and ensure compliance with care standards.

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior nursing staff and personal care workers.

Ensure documentation and care plans are accurate and up-to-date.

Promote a safe, dignified, and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff.

Skills & Attributes Required

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.

Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and nursing best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage residents, families, and the care team.

Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.

Leadership ability and a collaborative approach to care delivery.

Proficiency in using electronic care management systems (preferred).

Willingness to undergo a National Police check (conducted by St Andrews on your behalf).

Eligible to work in Australia.

Minimum of 1 year aged care nursing experience required.
