1x Full-Time, Fixed-Term position. 80.0 hours per fortnight with Accrued Days Off (ADO) to 28.08.2026

1x Part-Time, Parental Leave contract. 40.0 hours per fortnight to 28.09.2026

The position:

In this role you will deliver quality nursing care to a broad range of clients across a variety of funding streams including Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) nursing services, wound care, and palliative care. You will perform comprehensive assessments, care planning and care coordination and providing appropriate BRHS and Community service referrals. A key requirement of this position is to be available to undertake a variety of shifts across 7 days of the week, as well as availability to participate in an after-hours on call roster.

Key criteria requirements:

• Completion of graduate nursing year plus a minimum 3 years acute nursing experience AND at least one years' experience in District Nursing (or comparable Community Nursing or Emergency experience)
• Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated ability to undertake patient assessments and develop a goal-based, person-centred care plan.
• Experience in Palliative Care Nursing and relevant qualifications an advantage
• Postgraduate qualification in Palliative Care, Wound Care or High Acuity Care or commitment to work towards.
