Asset Technical Officer

Contract length: 3 months
Location: Hobart
This is a full-time, office-based role.
Hourly rate: $43.9 per hour + super

Responsibilities

Updating the Tech1 Asset Register for furniture, equipment, fleet, and plant.

Conducting regular stocktakes of equipment.

Liaising with internal and external parties to coordinate the transfer and removal of furniture and equipment.

Managing street lighting complaints to ensure the continued functionality and safety of our infrastructure.

Supporting the Asset Management Coordinator and other team members with administrative tasks as needed.

Skills

We are looking for a motivated individual with strong administrative and asset management skills. The ideal candidate will have:

A relevant Cert IV qualification.

A full driver's license.

Experience with Tech1, GIS, and Mydata software is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
