An opportunity exists for an Experienced Drill Fitter to join an established drilling company based in Orange NSW. The family owned and operated company has ongoing contracts in the NSW and QLD regions servicing top tier mining clients and national recognised explorers.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Drill Fitter with high levels of motivation who displays a positive attitude whilst operating in a fast-paced working environment. The right candidate will have the ability to work cohesively as part of a team and maintain safe working practices.

Essential Requirements

Trade qualification (Heavy Duty Mechanic / Fitter)

Experience working on surface drill rigs (Sandvick / UDR)

Solid understanding of hydraulics

Experience with breakdown and repairs

Experience maintaining electronic registers

Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical

Current National Police Clearance (within 12 month) or willingness to obtain

Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain

Current Australian Manual Drivers License, HR Preferred

Strong understanding of, and focus on health and safety in the workplace
