Factory Labourer – $31.38/hr Casual | Temp to Perm | Stapylton

We’re hiring for a well-established Australian manufacturer supplying stamped steel products to the prefabricatedbuildingindustry. Based in Stapylton, this role offers stable, long-term work with the opportunity to go permanent after 6 months.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work on a fast-paced production line in the stamping division
• Pick and pack parts directly from a press conveyor into boxes
• Maintain focus and consistency with repetitive tasks for 8-hour shifts
• Potential to upskill into machine operation if performing well
• Support a team producing metal connectors for timber construction

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable with repetitive, routine work
• Physically fit and able to stand for full shifts
• Forklift licence a bonus but not required
• Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

What’s On Offer:

• Monday to Thursday: 5:00am – 1:30pm
• Friday: 5:00am – 11:00am

• Pay Rate: $31.38/hr + super (casual)
