- Location Parramatta CBD
- Full time temporary opportunity until 30 June 2028 (35 hours per week)
- Salary from $129,464 to $142,665 pa. + super and annual leave loading

Your role
The Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO) is seeking a Senior System Analyst to provide Salesforce and technical leadership within our Digital Projects Unit (DPU). This role is central to ensuring the effective operation, development and maintenance of our internal and external Salesforce platform, Ngamuru, which supports AHO property, tenancies, contracts and compliance and many other functions.
What you'll do
As Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering reliable system, data and technical services to support evidence based decision making across AHO. Working closely with our integration vendor and Ngamuru Service Desk team, you will ensure our Salesforce platform is efficient, user-friendly, compliant, and aligned with business needs. You will also be responsible for:
- Maintaining and optimising Salesforce environments, ensuring system availability and integrity.
- Managing upgrades, patches and new functionality, including testing and change control.
- Generating reports, data extracts and Tableau dashboards to support decision making.
- Supporting staff and clients through user guides, documentation and 1:1 assistance.
- Providing expert Salesforce advice and guidance on future system development.
- Identifying and managing system risks in line with organisational requirements.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience as a Systems Analyst, with Salesforce experience.
- Proven ability to manage technical environments, troubleshoot issues and ensure operational reliability.
- Strong skills in reporting, data management and analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staying across Salesforce best practice and developments.
- Proven experience working within the social housing sector, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and priorities involved in delivering services to tenants and maintaining housing stock.
