Polola, is a modern take on Mexican food and next level cocktails. We are a shared dining/social dining style restaurant focused around charcoal grill kitchen, margaritas and creating memorable experiences.

We are looking for great people that have care factor, a love of success and the ability to help lead and inspire our teams alongside our other existing management. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in food, cocktails, attention to detail as well as honing their own skillset each day.

Responsibilities would include:

Maintain professional and high-level customer service standards at all times in a fast-paced atmosphere

Develop knowledge of food and Bev specifics to this venue

Assist in maintaining the high execution standards of our cocktails and customer service

Offer engaging table service and have the ability to quickly establish rapport with guests while having fun with them!
