The role is offering $80,000 - $120,000 + superannuation, with a realistic OTE of $300k per annum.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Title: BDM / Relationship Manager
• Location: Logan area
• Reporting to: Managing Director
• Responsibilities:
• Develop and nurture relationships with a range of target client businesses, mainly including wealth creation companies, accountants, and financial planners.
• Utilise a live database of relevant businesses to effectively target and build connections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and success in delivering projects.

Required Experience/Attributes:

• Direct experience working with an investment homebuilder in a similar role is highly advantageous
• A strong personal network within the industry is desirable
• Excellent communication & relationship management skills
• Target driven attitude
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
