Casual & Part-Time Disability Support Workers – Orange, NSW
AccessLife Support Services is a proudly local, award-winning disability support provider. We’re driven by a strong commitment to empowering people with disability to live independently, feel confident, and stay connected to their community.

We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our growing team. You’ll be providing personalised, 1:1 support to people of all ages living with disability, supporting them in their homes and out in the community to live the life they choose.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal care, domestic support, and meal preparation

Transport to appointments, social events, and community activities

Encouraging participation in hobbies, learning, and social connection

Supporting NDIS goals and building confidence and independence

What You’ll Need:

Experience or a qualification in disability/community services (preferred but not essential)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current First Aid & CPR

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Availability for a mix of shifts between 7am - 8pm daily, including one weekend per fortnight
