Our Leopard Story

Our founder, Tarn, started Leopard Cleaning as a one-woman operation. She was out there booking jobs, scrubbing showers, and answering phone calls in between. She worked like a Leopard on the prowl, fast, focused, determined.

Those early days were wild. But Tarn’s vision was clear:

“Cleaning isn’t just about shiny taps or spotless floors, it’s about helping people feel proud of where they live, and cared for in the place they call home.”

Today, we’re a thriving crew trusted to look after hundreds of homes, Airbnbs, and aged care clients all across the region. We’ve navigated bushfires, powered through COVID, and reinvented ourselves more than once. And through it all, our Leopard spirit hasn’t changed.

Pay Rates (Cleaning Services Award 2020)

We believe good work deserves good pay. Under the Cleaning Services Award:

Level 1 Cleaner (Casual): $32.31 per hour

Level 2 Cleaner (Casual): $33.38 per hour

Plus, you’ll get travel and kms allowances, and all the gear you need to stay safe and do great work.
