The Role

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Casual Cleaners to join our growing team. This role is casual under the Cleaning Services Award (MA000022). Hours will vary each week depending on client bookings. You must be flexible and available to work some weekends.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

End-of-lease and residential cleaning (bathrooms, kitchens, ovens, windows, floors, balconies, etc.)

Weekly/fortnightly regular cleaning services for residential and commercial clients

Using both eco-friendly and chemical products, depending on client needs

Following cleaning checklists to ensure quality and consistency

Working both independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements:

Current valid Driver’s Licence and access to reliable transport (essential – jobs are across Sydney suburbs)

Previous cleaning experience (preferred, but training will be provided)

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation

Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised

Must have the legal right to work in Australia
