We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated baker to join our night shift team. As a Night Baker, you’ll be responsible for producing a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to our high standards. This is a permanent position with a negotiable roster to suit your lifestyle.

We would also like to invite anyone wishing to complete a Baker/Pastrycook Apprenticeship to apply also.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a range of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.

Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all products.

Manage ingredient preparation and dough production.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in line with food safety standards.

Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and daily demands.

What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a baker, or similar Baking/Cooking environment.

Any hard working person, reliable person wanting to learn a trade skill and complete an apprenticeship would also be strongly encouraged to apply.

Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

Ability to work efficiently during night shifts, predominantly 5pm and onward starting times (hours and roster negotiable).

Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.

Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently.

Food safety certification is a plus.
