About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AV Technician who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and wants to play a leadership role in our growing team. This position requires flexibility, strong technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities

Deliver, set up, and pack down AV equipment at a range of venues

Test, connect, and troubleshoot both in-built and portable AV systems

Operate AV equipment for live and virtual events to ensure seamless delivery

Provide immediate assistance to venue staff with basic AV troubleshooting

Maintain our standard of outstanding customer service for all clients and venue partners

Participate in ongoing training and upskilling for professional growth

Support and mentor junior technicians as part of a collaborative team

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in corporate AV operations.

Strong technical knowledge across audio, video, and conferencing equipment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when required

A proactive and leadership-oriented attitude – someone who wants to help grow the team

Valid driver’s license and reliable transport (essential)
