About the Firm

This well-established CA firm services a diverse and expanding client base, including SMEs, large consolidated groups, HNWIs, family groups, SMSFs, and investment entities. The Role

Reporting directly to a Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients across a mix of compliance and advisory work. Your role will be client-facing and hands-on, giving you exposure to high-value advisory projects in addition to managing tax and accounting compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and develop strong client relationships

· Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior accountants

· Deliver tax compliance services across various entities

· Contribute to special projects such as tax planning, business performance reviews, estate planning, and wealth management strategies

· Identify opportunities for value-add services and business development

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· At least 5 years’ experience in Australian public practice

· CA qualification (or nearing completion)

· Strong technical knowledge across tax and compliance

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· A proactive attitude and a passion for helping clients succeed
