About the role
WE SERVICE THE WHOLE OF AUSTRALIA YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO REGULARLY TRAVEL.
accommodation will be 100% supplied- there will be travel and meals allowances/ reimbursements at a discussed beforehand rate depending on location.
We are seeking an experienced Wet Pour Rubber Layer to join our team at SYNTHETIC LAWNS N.S.W PTY LTD. This is a full-time position that will involve the installation and maintenance of high-quality wet pour rubber surfaces for playgrounds, sports courts, and other outdoor recreational areas.
What you'll be doing
Preparing substructures by excavating, levelling, and compacting the ground
Mixing and applying wet pour rubber in layers to create safe, durable surfaces
Performing regular inspections and maintenance on installed surfaces
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations
Collaborating with the team to coordinate project schedules and workflows
Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the installation process
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Wet Pour Rubber Layer or similar role in the landscaping or construction industry
Strong practical skills and attention to detail in surface preparation, rubber application, and finishing
Ability to work efficiently and safely with various tools and equipment
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
