We're seeking a Team Leader to guide and inspire the talented operations/reservations team. It's a dual focus role, you'll split your time between leading a team of Destination Consultants and managing your own portfolio of complex self-guided domestic and international walking holiday bookings.

You’ll mentor and develop your team, drive process improvements, and act as the go-to expert for resolving logistical challenges – ensuring every client enjoys a seamless and unforgettable journey.
