An exciting opportunity has become available for a Practice Nurse at Munoz Medical. We offer a supportive, team-based environment, in which the Practice Nurse will work closely with our Clinicians to deliver high-quality, individualised care.

Key responsibilities:

Chronic disease management plans and health assessments

Coordinated Veteran Care

Immunisations including uploading details to AIR

Wound care

Ear syringing

Assisting with minor procedures

Recalls, reminders and patient advocacy

ECG's and spirometry

Cold chain vaccine management

Ordering stock and vaccines

Successful candidate will possess:

excellent communication skills

current AHPRA registration

current CPR certificate

ability to work independently and with a team – reliable & punctual

provide a caring and collaborative approach to patient care

excellent computer skills and proficiency with medical software (Best Practice is an advantage)

You will work across two locations, Rosslea and Mundingburra.

Must be available from 7:45am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 12pm on Saturday's.
