Fantastic opportunity for part-time work within a small team in a relaxed environment. We are looking for a hardworking individual to manage fulfilments at our warehouse based in Burwood.

This part-time role offers ongoing regular work Monday through Thursday, must be available between 10am - 2pm.

About the role:

You'll be responsible for overseeing the online order fulfilment process.

Our ideal candidate enjoys hands-on tasks, is proactive, has the ability to feel comfortable working independently.

Daily Responsibilities:

* Picking and packing orders and preparing for daily dispatch.

* Process exchanges and returns

* Assisting with customer inquiries

* Quality control of all outgoing stock

* Tracking and maintaining inventory levels.

The successful applicant will be:

* Reliable, methodical and accurate

* Able to work independently

* Have great attention to detail

* Computer literate (able to navigate multiple booking and delivery management systems)

* A fast learner who follows instruction

* Have a positive proactive attitude with a great work ethic

* Experience using Shopify is a plus but not necessary
