Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Support Coordinator at Empowerability Support in Adelaide, SA. The Support Coordinator will be responsible for daily tasks related to case management, customer service, technical support, and maintaining effective communication with clients.
Required:
- Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Passionate about supporting people with disabilities
- Experience in Case Management and/or Customer Service Roles
- Technical Support skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Prior NDIS or community service experience
- Own road worthy vehicle, vehicle insurance (business assistance can be provided) and driver's license
Desired:
- Certificate or Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Allied Health or Community services related fields
- Strong legislative NDIS knowledge
- Strong community networking presence
-Willing to work 2/3 days a week.
Job Types: Part-time (2/3 days a week)
Pay: $60,000-$70,000 per Annum
