About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our Acai Brothers team in Narre Warren, VIC. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient inventory management, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time role that offers ample opportunities for career development within our growing company.

What you'll be doing

Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets

Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising

Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer experience

Handle customer inquiries, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner

Analyse store performance data and implement operational improvements

Collaborate with the Concept Eight management team on strategic initiatives

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience in a QSR or Food Service environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively

Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
