About the role

Medisport Clinic is seeking a skilled and dedicated General Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in Concord, NSW. Working here will not be your normal day to day work. We are a clinic that specialises in sports injuries and offer treatments in the form of IV therapy, PRP, and Iron Infusions. As a part-time General Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality primary care to our diverse patient community.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting comprehensive patient consultations and assessments
  • Diagnosing and managing a wide range of medical conditions
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
  • Providing expert medical advice and treatment plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records
  • Participating in continuing medical education to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in healthcare

What we're looking for

  • General Practitioner registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a General Practitioner
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
