About Us

Esus Centre (Perth, WA) is Australia’s first integrated day hospital dedicated to eating disorder care. Our model combines psychiatry, psychology, dietetics, GPs, and nursing in one setting, providing step-up/step-down recovery-focused treatment.

With referrals rapidly growing, we are expanding our psychology team.

The Role

Deliver individual therapy and group programs for adolescents and adults with eating disorders.

Co-facilitate evidence-based programs (DBT, RO-DBT, Schema Therapy).

Work closely with psychiatrists, dietitians, and nurses in a multidisciplinary team.

Protected non-clinical time for supervision, reflective practice, and innovation.

About You

Registered psychologist in NZ; eligible for AHPRA registration via Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition.

Endorsement in clinical psychology preferred (or willingness to pursue).

Passion for evidence-based care and working with families.

Collaborative, reflective, and resilient in high-intensity clinical settings.

What We Offer

Salary AUD $100,000–$115,000 + super (pro-rata FTE).

Retention bonuses at 12 and 24 months.
