About the Role

As the Team Leader Psychologist, you will oversee a team of allied health professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality psychological support and services. You will play a key role in mentoring and supporting your team, managing clinical caseloads, and driving best-practice standards.

· • Leading, supervising, and supporting a team of psychologists and allied health staff

· • Providing clinical oversight, case reviews, and professional guidance

· • Managing a small caseload of clients, delivering evidence-based interventions

· • Ensuring compliance with ethical and legislative requirements

· • Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives

· • Building strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders

About You

· • Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA

· • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or senior clinician role

· • Strong clinical skills across a variety of therapeutic approaches

· • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· • The ability to mentor, support and inspire a team

· • Strong organisational and time management skills
