What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and supporting a small-to-medium team of Behaviour Support Practitioners
• Providing clinical supervision and supporting ongoing skill development
• Managing a small caseload to stay connected to practice (and keep things fresh!)
• Driving quality service delivery aligned with Positive Behaviour Support principles
• Liaising with stakeholders such as support coordinators, referrers, and families

What You’ll Bring:

• Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or Psychologist (AHPRA or NDIS)
• Experience supervising or mentoring others – formally or informally
• Solid understanding of the NDIS and Positive Behaviour Support frameworks
• Passion for uplifting others and creating a positive team culture
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check & valid driver’s licence
