Role Summary – Operator

Reports to: Site Supervisor / Project Manager
Location: Project Sites (Perth Metro & Potential Regional WA)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced All-Round Operator with proven skills on Pozi Track and Excavators (minimum 5 years’ experience). The role covers a wide range of civil scopes including earthworks and utilities installation. Familiarity with GPS machine guidance systems is preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Pozi Track and Excavators across multi-civil scopes.

Carry out general earthworks: trenching for services, pipework installation, and backfilling.

Work as part of a crew delivering utilities installation and civil scopes.

Interpret construction drawings and plans, assist with setting out, shooting levels, and GPS-guided operation.

Inspect and maintain plant daily to ensure safe, fault-free operation.

Collaborate with other trades

Follow WHS and environmental requirements at all times.

Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and variations.

Stay up to date with industry standards, GPS technology, and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ operating experience in civil construction.

Tickets/licences for Pozi Track and Excavators.

Experience using GPS systems on plant machinery.

Strong understanding of civil projects.

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
