Your Role

Based primarily at reception, you’ll be the hub of client care and business coordination, managing enquiries, calls, reports and smooth daily operations. You’ll motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client experiences in a positive environment.

Salon management experience

Exceptional customer and client care

Confident with salon booking systems & computer skills

Strong leadership and team-building abilities

Highly organised with excellent time management

Proactive problem-solver with initiative

Professional, well-presented and motivated

Skilled in stock control and ordering

Ability to track, interpret and act on KPIs
