Duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage the full claims process from post lodgement to settlement
• Liaise with customers to provide empathetic and professional support
• Act as the initial lodgement point for customers
• Negotiate options as required for accurate processing of claims
• Work within set procedures and standards to ensure all claims are processed in an efficient and effective manner

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven track record of end to end motor claims management experience
• Great communication and phone skills
• A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Highly organise and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proven analytical and critical thinking capabilities
• Ability to show empathy and compassion by providing best commercial outcome
