In this role, you will work closely with a Client Partnership Manager to ensure client satisfaction, support program performance, and contribute to long-term account success. You’ll be the go-to contact for day-to-day needs while helping implement strategic initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of client success plans and service level agreements

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Assist with client onboarding, reporting, and program reviews

Coordinate internal resources to support client needs

Identify and share opportunities to enhance client programs

Act as the internal ‘voice of the client’ across teams

About You:

1–3 years’ experience in client services, account management, or a similar role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

A collaborative, proactive mindset and a passion for customer service

Exposure to the travel industry or corporate services is a bonus
