An exciting opportunity is on offer for an experienced Safety Advisor to join a well-established developer-builder delivering premium projects in Greater Brisbane.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and long-term growth on the horizon, this role offers both stability and the chance to be part of a high-performing team that takes pride in delivering high-quality builds.

The Opportunity:
You will be the sole HSE representative on a major project valued at up to $150 million, comprising a mix of apartments and townhouses in the inner city of Brisbane This is a hands-on role where your proactive approach and attention to both site safety and compliance will be highly valued.

What I am Looking For:
I am seeking someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves — a practical safety professional who can build strong relationships on site while ensuring robust safety processes are in place and followed.

About You:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HSE role within the construction industry
• Certificate IV in WHS/OHS (essential)
• Proven track record working on mid-to-large scale commercial or residential construction projects
• Strong skills across HSE systems and safety administration
• Confident communicator who can engage site teams and drive a positive safety culture
• Experience using platforms such as 1Breadcrumb, Hammertech, or similar
