Service Manager – NDIS Provider | WHITEBREAM AUSTRALIA
Location: Sydney-based with regular travel to the Central Coast (2–3 days per week)

WHITEBREAM AUSTRALIA is a trusted NDIS provider, committed to delivering quality, person-centred support services that empower participants to live fulfilling lives. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading service delivery, managing client relationships, and supporting our teams to deliver high-quality care. This position also carries responsibility for the operational and financial administration of NDIS services, ensuring compliance with NDIA requirements and sector best practice.
You will split your time between our Sydney office and the Central Coast, working closely with clients, staff, and stakeholders across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day service delivery across multiple sites.
Lead, mentor, and support staff to achieve positive participant outcomes.
Manage client intake, including drafting and reviewing Service Agreements and Schedules of Supports.
Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, policies, and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, and community partners.
Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
NDIS Administration Duties
Draft, issue, and update NDIS Service Agreements with version control.
Manage service bookings via PRODA and PACE and monitor plan usage and funding.
Assist claims, billing, and reporting in line with NDIS requirements.
Liaise with clients, plan managers, and NDIA to resolve queries.
Collaborate with finance teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
About You
You are a proactive and adaptable leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, with a passion for building strong connections with clients and stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of NDIS Service Agreements, Schedules of Supports, PRODA, and PACE.
2–3+ years’ experience in NDIS service delivery, finance, or administration.
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Current Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Flexibility and willingness to travel to the Central Coast (2–3 days per week).
Qualifications (Highly Regarded)
Certificate IV or higher in Business, Community Services, Finance, or a related field.
Knowledge using Shiftcare and Xero.
