About the Role
We currently have a full-time Diesel Mechanic position available at our Lilydale workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Maintain a safe and reliable fleet
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
- Test drive vehicles to identify faults
- Assist the supervisor as needed
- Carry out basic electrical work
What You’ll Need:
- Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- Completed a relevant apprenticeship
- Experience with heavy vehicles
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Strong focus on safety and customer service
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to obtain police and medical clearances
- MR or HR licence (preferred but not essential)
