About the Role

We’re looking for reliable, physically fit individuals to join our team as Labourers / Container Unloaders across Melbourne’s North and West suburbs. Whether you're just getting started or looking for your next challenge, we have opportunities ready now — with training provided for the right candidates.

For those who are reliable and consistent, there’s real potential to move into ongoing roles or transition into forklift, freezer, or team leader positions

Your Day Will Include:

Loading and unloading a wide range of container stock (varied weights and products)

Stacking, wrapping, and labelling pallets ready for dispatch

Repetitive manual handling (up to 15kg+)

General warehouse duties including cleaning and stock control

Working both in ambience and cold storage conditions

Follow all OH&S procedures and wear proper PPE

Operating a forklift or tugger (if licensed)

What We’re Looking For:

Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting

Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Cold storage warehouse experience is a bonus

Forklift licence preferred, but not essential

Must have a driver’s licence and reliable transport

Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

Punctual, professional, and safety-conscious

Must have valid work rights in Australia

Students and ABN contractors encouraged to apply – ongoing opportunities may be offered based on performance
