Join our team! Berrigan Shire Council are on the lookout for a dynamic Pool Coordinator to oversee the smooth operation of our pools, ensuring everyone has a fantastic and safe experience for the 2025/2026 season.

Whether it’s managing poolside fun or ensuring everything runs smoothly, we’re looking for a Casual Pool Coordinator who loves working with people and has a knack for organisation. If you’re passionate about pools and have a talent for keeping things running like clockwork, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Dive into Leadership – Supervise and coordinate daily pool operations, including staffing, scheduling, and maintenance.

Safety and Compliance – Keeping our swimmers safe & enforcing the rules

Inspections - Inspect and ensure that the lifesaving equipment, the facility, and amenities are ready for daily use and are safe for purpose;

Customer Service - Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

This position is classified at Grade C Entry Level (Casual) under Council’s salary structure at $42.5011 p/h including 25% casual loading, plus 12% statutory superannuation. Conditions are in accordance with Local Government (State) Award 2023.
