The Role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators who are committed to providing high-quality education and care. In this role, you will:

Applicants must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in early childhood education.

Plan, implement, and evaluate play-based learning experiences guided by the EYLF.

Build warm, respectful, and responsive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Support children's safety, wellbeing, and inclusion in line with the NQS and service philosophy.

Contribute to a professional, reflective, and collaborative team environment.

Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and centre policies.

About You

We are looking for educators who can bring professionalism, passion, and creativity to our team. To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying).

A sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to create engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

Current Working with Children Check.

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).

A commitment to reflective practice and continuous professional learning.

Unrestricted Australian work rights are required for this position.
