Workforce International are currently seeking experienced Yard Hands to join our clients dynamic and fast-paced production and distribution warehouse, located in Bibra Lake.

Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm (Monday/Friday)

Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to efficiently load and unload freight trucks, handling high volumes

Represent the client as the first point of contact for all incoming couriers and transport providers

Ensure the safe and organised movement of goods within the yard and warehouse

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment

Assist with general yard and warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

Proven forklift experience (valid forklift licence essential), particularly in high-volume freight environments

Confidence in loading and unloading a range of freight trucks

Excellent customer service skills – you'll be the face of the clients operations for all transport and courier interactions

The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, particularly during peak delivery and dispatch times

A reliable, proactive work ethic and a commitment to safety
