ASSISTANT VENUE MANAGER - FREMANTLE

Pancho’s Mexican Villa Restaurant is opening soon in Fremantle! We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Venue Manager to join our team. This is a a full-time position with key shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Training will be provided at our East Victoria Park location prior to the Fremantle opening in late August.

A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:

Motivate and inspire the team to deliver a genuine and ‘local’ guest experience

Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives and day to day pub and restaurant operations

Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop & drive marketing initiatives

Build a responsible service culture that is centred around fun, passion and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to come as they are!

Qualifications

About you:

You have great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment

You have contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and to inspire, coach and develop your team

Requirements

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Proven ability to manage busy services (200+ covers).

Fluent English.

In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Current Approved Manager qualifications

Must be currently in Perth and eligible to work in Australia.
