On Track Healthcare have a dedicated team of passionate OT's providing clinic-based and outreach therapy to children and their families. We focus on strategies and interventions to develop our children’s development in fine motor skills, gross motor skills, play, self-care, feeding, emotional regulation and sensory regulation needs. We teach skills, advocate and provide caregiver coaching based on evidence-based practice.

What does working for On Track Healthcare look like?

This is an outreach position which will give you complete flexibility to manage your caseload and diary to suit your own needs.

You have the best of both worlds as you can see your clients in the community and can work from home.

Your caseload will gradually increase as you start to find your feet.

You will have ongoing support with your clinical notes, reports, sessions, assessments and session planning.

Supervision is scheduled weekly however, you have access to support whenever you need it.

We love professional development. We are always on the hunt for awesome PDs we can do as a team. We get together quarterly for a team day to learn, plan and grow together as a team.

A bit more about the role

We have multiple roles for early career or experienced Occupational Therapists with a passion about childhood development. We have a clinic located on the Mornington Peninsula, but this role will be full time outreach across our many clients in the northern and western suburbs. We love working with children in an environment that sets the “just right challenge” and have seen great results meeting clients in their homes or schools. You will have all the tools you need to support your clients and their family.

About you:

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration

Previous paediatrics experience is an advantage, but we are happy to train

Valid drivers license

Up to date police and working with childrens checks - or willing to obtain

Open to considering Working with Holiday visa and skilled visa applicants
