About you:

In your new role you will:

• Conduct regular rounding of wards/units to ensure workloads are being managed, breaks are taken, patients that require increased supervision are reviewed with appropriate resource allocation for the provision of safe clinical care.
• Provide clinical and professional leadership to nursing and midwifery practice to ensure national standards are being met.
• Take the lead for bed management co-ordination and admissions are distributed, accounting for acuity, workload, and staffing. This includes Interhospital transfers.
