Your new role:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse (CN) to join our high-acuity Digestive Health unit. In this role, you will:

• Provide advanced nursing care to patients with complex Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Colorectal conditions.
• Lead, mentor and support nursing staff and students to deliver person-centred, evidence-based care.
• Contribute to quality improvement, risk management and the implementation of clinical standards.
• Support education, research and portfolio responsibilities within the multidisciplinary team.

You will be a passionate and proactive nurse with advanced clinical expertise in Digestive Health. You will also:

• Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Show leadership through delegation, mentoring and fostering teamwork.
