About the role

Link-Force Au' is seeking Formwork Carpenters to join our team. As a Formwork Carpenter, you will be responsible for the construction and installation of formwork structures for concrete pouring on various construction sites across Perth, WA. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team.

What you'll be doing

Interpret blueprints and drawings to construct formwork structures

Measure, cut, and assemble wooden forms and supports

Erect, brace, and dismantle formwork according to project specifications

Ensure formwork meets safety and quality standards

Collaborate with the construction team to coordinate formwork activities

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Adhere to all site safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

Relevant trade qualification in Formwork Carpentry

Experience in formwork construction, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting

Hi-Rise experience preffered

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
