In this role you will be required to work on site in a team environment to assist in delivering a $16 million Private Hospital Fit out project. Our ideal candidates would be studying Construction Management at University, in 2nd, 3rd or 4th year.

The applicant will be required to work min 4 days a week during university periods, and 5 days per week during break. As required by site demands you will be required to work on Saturdays also.

This role can be applied to the mandatory University Industrial Experience requirements – get paid for your experience! (Dependent on requirements from University)

Key responsibilities include:

• Working as part of the site team, assisting with the management of the day-to-day operations of the project;

• Communicating and managing the sub-contractors and suppliers on site;

• Assisting with set-out / General labouring;

• General Purchasing, including checking material orders and quantities;

• Managing site documentation;

• Communicating with the head office regarding various issues via email and telephone;

• Assisting with programming;

• Subcontractor meetings;

• Using the following software packages – Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word / Workbench / Procore / Sharepoint / Bluebeam;

• Upholding WHS requirements onsite.
