Early Morning Baker - Experienced for Muffin Break Cafe in Castle Hill NSW

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to join our team in an early morning shift. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced baker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, muffins, cakes, pastries, and other bakery items.

Follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality

Ensure all baking is complete on time for store opening.

Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace in line with food safety standards.

Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation, and general kitchen duties.

Requirements:

Previous baking experience (1-2 years in a commercial bakery or café is preferred but not essential)

Ability to start early mornings (shift typically begins @ 5.00am)

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Must have valid Australian work rights or appropriate visa to work in Australia

Food safety certification training will be provided on commencement
