Aged Care Manager – Rural WA

2XM Healthcare is seeking an experienced Aged Care Manager/ Residential Manager to join our clients Aged Care Facility located near Karratha.

The Residential Aged Care Services Manager is responsible for the operational management and service delivery of the residential aged care services. As part of the management of this state-of-the-art facility, you will be responsible for ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care.

You will be responsible for managing a large team of clinical staff including EN and RNs as well as, mentoring, coaching and training them to the highest standard.

You will be responsible for:

· Managing and mentoring clinical staff

· Ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care and service

· Providing expert advice and guidance on matters

· Developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote best practice within the team and facility

· Liaising with external stakeholders and health professionals

· Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

· Financial reports and budgeting
