About the role

Join Priority Automotive Group as an Automotive Service Advisor in our Campsie, NSW 2194 location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing the service and repair needs for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Greeting customers and assessing their vehicle service and repair requirements

Preparing accurate repair estimates and work orders

Communicating with customers to explain repair recommendations and costs

Scheduling service appointments and managing the workshop flow

Coordinating with the automotive technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs

Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Maintaining detailed records of all service and repair activities

Promoting and upselling additional services to customers

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry

Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures and diagnostic techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers

Proficient in using automotive management software and point-of-sale systems

Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A positive, customer-centric attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
