Indigo (formerly Independent Living Centre WA) is a national organisation with its head office located in Perth. Our operations span the whole of Australia, with staff located in WA, NSW, and QLD. We are a leading provider of Assistive Technology (devices and equipment), home modifications, therapy, and professional education. We provide tailored allied health and AT solutions to people with disability, seniors, carers, health professionals and educators. THE ROLE
We are seeking an inspiring leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Director – Allied Health Services. This pivotal role will guide the strategic direction, growth, and innovation of our allied health services, ensuring we continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people, people living with disability, and their families.
You will lead a dedicated team to deliver safe, high-quality, and client-centered services that respond to community needs and sector reforms, including the upcoming Support at Home changes. With a focus on sustainability, collaboration, and excellence, you will help ensure our services not only meet compliance and clinical standards but truly empower clients to live well and with dignity.
In this role, you will:
Drive innovation and new service models that put clients and families at the heart of care.
Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of compassion, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Strengthen partnerships with clients, families, government, and sector stakeholders to enhance impact.
Ensure services remain sustainable, safe, and responsive to changing needs.
Champion organisational values and embed them in everyday practice.
THE CANDIDATE
You are a purpose-driven leader with a passion for improving lives. You bring:
Significant leadership experience in allied health service delivery across aged care, disability, or broader health services settings
A track record of driving strategy, growth, and innovation in complex service environments.
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and support diverse teams.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Financial and business acumen to ensure sustainability and growth.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, business, or a related field (AHPRA registration desirable, not essential).
